VOSPER DMR21/ID door station with built-in proximity reader so that residents can open the door lock with an RFID fob or card from the outside. It has 3-inch TFT screen with scrolling information for first time visitors telling them how to contact an apartment. Doorbell voice function tells visitors if the door is open, or a resident is unavailable- very useful for visually impaired people. This door station is digital meaning number of apartments can be increased or decreased if necessary. Scrolling info on the screen can be amended via SD card. Inside the apartments, residents will have a WiFi/IP 7-inch touch screen image recording monitor with a function to divert video and audio call to a smartphone with App installed.
