PaymentPayments via credit card, debit card or via bank transfer will NOT incur any additional fees. American Express credit cards include an additional handling fee of 3.5%. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, our bank account details are as follows:

DeliveryAll goods are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for items with a value less than £36. Royal Mail Special delivery for all other items up to maximum of 2kg. Items over 2kg will be sent by ParcelForce or DHL. Saturday delivery available at extra charge. Please contact us if you require this service. Please note, if you choose non-recorded delivery, you accept full and sole responsibility if the item is lost en route.
We aim to despatch goods within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment, unless a delivery waiting time is specified for a particular item. Many items are sent out the same day as they are ordered, but we can only guarantee that if items are ordered before noon.
Order Errors and omissionsPlease check your order as soon as you receive it. Any missing items must be notified to us within two weeks of receipt of the goods, and will be sent to you free of charge. After two weeks, the order will be considered closed by us. Please make sure all those concerned with the receipt of goods on site are aware of these terms to avoid frustration.
Within the EU, you can have zero-rated VAT purchases if you can provide us with a valid VAT number. Please note, this does not apply to purchases from within the UK, where normal VAT rules apply.
The procedure is as follows: You provide us with a VAT number, and create a login on our website. We check your VAT number here. Once we have validated your VAT number, we will ensure that when you are logged on, any purchases you make will be zero-rated for VAT. If you cannot provide us with a valid VAT number, including a proper listing with the Company name and address, we will charge you VAT.
For goods shipped outside the EU, VAT is not charged. If you find that our website is charging you VAT, and you believe that your country is exempt from VAT, please contact us.
Technical Support QueriesWe do not provide an installation service for our products. We offer advice on a best-efforts basis. Please email us for help and advice. Most of our suppliers do have technical support available on their websites. We do not guarantee to help you install the products over the phone. We are not responsible for the outcome of your installation should you choose to employ unqualified personnel to complete it.
Warranty information and Returns Policy
All our products have at least a full one year manufacturer's warranty. Check the product detail page at purchase time for further warranty information, as some manufacturers provide more than one year's warranty. Products which are defective at the time of sale can either be returned to us for a refund; or exchanged for a replacement; within two weeks after the purchase date. After two weeks from purchase date, defective products can be sent to us for forwarding to the manufacturer for repair. Please note: the shipping costs involved to get items under warranty replaced will be borne by the purchaser. Also note: if you buy a replacement rather than wait for your own item to be repaired (or replaced if repair is not possible) to avoid or bypass the warranty procedure, that will not be accepted under any circumstances. Such purchases will be considered a new purchased item and treated as such for warranty purposes.
Returns: Should you change your mind after purchase you have two weeks (fourteen working days) to return the goods, as per the Distance Selling regulations. Please note, you will receive a full refund, minus the delivery charge. If your order qualified for free delivery, you will be charged the normal delivery charge for your system. Please contact our customer service department immediately IN WRITING to cancel your order.
Returns must meet the following conditions: the items must be in their original packaging. Items must not have been installed. Items must be in re-saleable condition. Damaged/used items CANNOT be returned. All parts of the system must be returned, including screws and mounting plates, or it cannot be accepted. There are no exceptions to these rules.
If you receive products due to a shipping error, or are shipped the wrong products, please contact our customer service department for exchange. We will send your correct item once we receive the incorrect item.
Products which are older than one year are not warranted. Products that are broken due to use or user action will not be refunded or replaced under warranty. Products that are broken due to incorrect installation, the use of non-proprietory power supply and incorrectly specified power cabling will not be refunded or replaced under warranty. Items damaged through misuse or accident can be repaired at the factory, but may incur additional costs. Items deliberately damaged to mimic a manufacturing defect will not be refunded or replaced under warranty; we will also report persons acting in this way to the Police.
These terms do not limit or compromise your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.
