Payment

Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, Paypal© or via bank transfer. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, our bank account details are as follows:

Delivery

Most orders will be delivered by courier. The name of the courier company will be mentioned in your notification of your completed order. Light parcels are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Saturday delivery available at extra charge. Please contact us if you require this service.

Despatch Time

We aim to despatch goods within 1-2 working days of receipt of payment, unless a delivery waiting time is specified for a particular item. Many orders are sent out the same day as they are purchased; cut off of same-day despatch is noon. If your system requires programming, it will be despatched the next day.

Order Errors and Omissions

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Any missing items must be notified to us within two weeks of receipt of the goods, and will be sent to you free of charge. After two weeks, the order will be considered closed by us. Please make sure all those concerned with the receipt of goods on site are aware of these terms to avoid frustration.

VAT

UK customers pay VAT at the current rate.

Non-UK customers do not pay UK VAT on purchases. If you find that our website is charging you VAT, please contact us for a refund of the VAT. VAT may be imposed on purchases at the destination, however.

Technical Support Queries

We do not provide an installation service for our products. We offer advice on a best-efforts basis. Please email us for help and advice. We are not responsible for the outcome of your installation should you choose to employ unqualified personnel (tradesmen who are not electricians) to complete it.

 

Warranty Information and Returns Policy 

All our products have at least a full one year manufacturer's warranty. Products which are defective at the time of sale can either be returned to us for a refund; or exchanged for a replacement; within one month after the purchase date. After one month from purchase date, defective products can be sent to us for forwarding to the manufacturer for repair.

Non-Defective Products 

Returns: Should you change your mind after purchase you have two weeks (fourteen working days) to return the goods, as per the Distance Selling regulations. Please note, you will receive a full refund. Please contact our customer service department immediately IN WRITING (email or letter) to cancel your order.

Returns must meet the following conditions: the items must be in their original packaging. Items must not have been installed. Items must be in re-saleable condition. Damaged/used items CANNOT be returned. All parts of the system must be returned, including screws and mounting plates, or it cannot be accepted.

If you receive products due to a shipping error, or are shipped the wrong products, please contact our sales department for exchange. We will send your correct item once we receive the incorrect item.

Defective Products 

Products which are older than one year are not warranted. Products that are broken due to usage, wear and tear or user action, will not be refunded or replaced under warranty. Products that are broken due to incorrect installation, the use of non-proprietory power supply and incorrectly specified power cabling will not be refunded or replaced under warranty. Items damaged through misuse or accident can be repaired at the factory, but may incur additional costs.

These terms do not limit or compromise your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002.
